I'm a self tought Dutch artist living on the Azores.
I moved with my parents and four siblings to Portugal in 2002, where we traveled across the country. Although I have always drawn, I didn't start studying it until we moved to the Azores archipelago, where the breathtaking coastlines and the ever changing seascapes inspired me to start painting in plein air (painting on location) with oil paint. Since then I opened my own shop, held three exhibitions and now want to share my passion with the rest of the world!
